After he started his career in humanitarian action within a refugee’s camp at the Taiwanese border, then India and Cambodge, Vincent Fauvet joined in 1997 the corporate and investment banking at BNP Paribas in France, Chili and Brazil.

While he runs his operational career, Vincent founds Fair Planet with Jérôme Schatzman, an incubator for social business and launched the brand Tudo Bom? which manufactures and sells clothes from the fair trade market.
He finally comes back to Europe in 2004 to take over the head of the Group Saint Maclou.

In 2011, he decides to conciliate his expertise in business development and entrepreneurship.

He takes then full control of Fair Planet in order to encourage the blossom and development of other social businesses.

At the end of 2011, he meets the members of Investir&+. The two projects shared similar points and decided to merge in 2012. Vincent Fauvet becomes CEO of the new entity and choose Investir &+ as the final name.

Born in Paris, Vincent Fauvet is married and has 5 children. He is graduated of HEC and got a master degree at Paris IX Dauphine.
